COVID 19- precautionary measures

Due to the ongoing situation around COVID-19, the following will be implemented with immediate effect and until further notice;

  • Ships calling at Loch Ryan Port will have to notify the Harbour master if they have a person onboard showing symptoms of COVID-19
  • Contractors to the port or a ship visiting the port, will need to seek clearance from the Harbour Master or his deputy and submit below form before being allowed on site. Failure to do so will prevent the person or contractor from gaining access to the port.
  • Regular contractors will have to report to the Harbour Master or his deputy if they become aware of anyone of their work force showing symptoms associated with COVID-19Anthony Van Damme Harbour Master

The health and wellbeing of all our Employees, Guests, and Contractors remain Stena Line’s primary priority and as such Stena Line requires all Contractors to provide responses to the below questions prior to being permitted entry into our facilities.

1. Have you travelled to or from China, Italy, South Korea, Iran or Japan in the past 14 days?

2. Are you currently suffering from any flue like symptoms, such as respiratory symptoms, fever (100.4F or 37.8C, or greater using an oral thermometer)?

3. Have you been in contact with a person suspected of or confirmed having COVID19 the last 14 days??

Yes No

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, access to the vessel will not be permitted.

This document will be kept for 28 days and information may be shared with local Health Authorities. You are to inform the port if you have symptoms related to the novel COVID -19 virus within 14 days of your visit to the port
